Assam’s fitness icon Ankita Konwar has once again demonstrated her incredible strength, perseverance, and determination by successfully completing the Ironman Barcelona Triathlon held in Calella, Spain. Known as one of the most grueling endurance races in the world, the Ironman demands peak physical and mental conditioning from its participants.
The triathlon consists of a 3.8 km open-water swim, 180 km of cycling, followed by a 42.2 km full marathon run, all completed back-to-back within a strict time frame.
